We don't need no stinkin' attorney-client privilage

So lemmeget this straight.  Shrillda the Hutt can take her lawyer into an FBI interrogation while the FBI raids the offices of PDJT’s lawyer.  To this untrained legal mind something seems amiss with that arrangement.  

Because I have continued my self-imposed partial news blackout, I did not know about this development until late last night.  When I finally got around to turning on Fox news, I heard this from Dan Bongino, “No one can withstand an FBI investigation that isn’t bound by a crime.  Mueller isn’t investigating a crime.  He’s investigating Donald Trump.” 

Pretty sure Lex has argued this point, though not as well.  No one could withstand an investigation conducted by the federal government with unlimited manpower, funds and time and not bound by an actual crime.  As Bongino put it, they’d eventually convict Mother Therese of something under such circumstances. 

No doubt Libs are ecstatic. Just like when Fitzpatrick sent Scooter Libby to jail after conducting an investigation into a crime he already knew who the perp was before it started.  The weirdest part of that was the azzbag perp – Richard the dick Armitage – and his incompetent/lying boss – Colin Powell – got off Scott free. 

Same here, there is actual no-sh*t evidence of collusion between the DNC, Shrillda the Hutt and the Clinton Foundation and the Russian government and yet not a single Dope or Clintonista has been rung up.

It’s as if Mueller has fast break on the way to an uncontested layup and pulls up to shoot from half court. The entire thing is Dope inspired BS. 

PDJT should issue a full pardon to Gen Flynn today.  Send a message to Mueller that he (PDJT) will undo everything Mueller tries to do.  And why do Strzok and Page still have jobs? 

The whole thing is abomination.  Yet Rat establishment Republicans still insist that Mueller be allowed to do his work.  Looking into what?  Until when? No one – particularly ReRs - ever says.

California is an example of something - hint, success is not it

Some dope holds up California as a great example of what America could become under a one party democracy with Dopes at the controls.  No seriously. It doesn’t matter to this fool that “a one party super majority” sound an awful lot like one of the “isms” communism, fascism or socialism.  

This guy actually thinks CA has it going on and points to some of CA’s colossal failures to prove it.  If you count wallowing in debt, homelessness, failing infrastructure, criminalizing political speech, insane immigration, a more insane governor among a dozen or so other maladies afflicting CA, he’s right CA absolutely has it going on. Here’s some of things this nit wit uses as examples of why CA is so great. 

They dumped a ton of money to develop a high-speed rail system that is billions over budget, years behind schedule and haplessly mired in environmental law suit after environmental law suit for each inch of ground the rail is supposed to travel over.  Sure let’s transfer that brilliant effort to the nation as whole. 

He celebrates CA’s willingness to fund Dr. Mengala type research using stem cells that so far have produced nearly one scientific breakthrough. 

He thinks the rich are the allies of the Republican Party when all of CA’s millionaire Silicon Valley swells, millionaire Hollywood know-nothings and wealthy media elites are slobbering Demo-Dope donners and voters.  PDJT won on Nov 8, 2016 by carrying blue collar coal miners in PA and WV, auto workers in MI and farmers in IA and WI. 

He gets confused about who started and lost the first Civil War while predicting another (but swears he’s not talking about a shooting civil war).  

The guy seems perfectly comfortable thinking that the Silicon Valley swells will carry the day against what they see as a bunch of backward “agrarian” rubes who can feed themselves and the rest of the world, but won’t feed cake to a couple of homosexuals at their make believe wedding. 

He may think the city folk will carry the day because they have the theaters and all of the beautiful people.  But we have 98% of the food and guns, so good luck with that one Smalls.  

Here’s the thing.  Most people like Lex are pretty happy to live and let live.  But if Mr. CA thinks Allen County, Indiana is just going to get on board with his BS way of thinking without a fight he’s nuts.  And if there is war, it won’t be a Civil War model.  It’ll be Revolutionary War model where an onerous government gets its worthless azz kicked by a bunch of backwoods patriots fighting to keep their freedoms. 

Another thing Mr. CA doesn’t consider is that most of CA by area is a red state.  Like most blue states, Dopes control the densely populated areas where the rats live on top of one another waiting for their section 8 housing, food stamps and Obamaphones and carry the state with just enough voter fraud. 

Then there is this piece that is 180 out with Mr. CA.  It demonstrates the rise of PDJT because of the failure of “the new world order.”  One of these views is wrong. 2018 midterms may tell us which one it is. 

I will tell you this, from where I sit, the left has all of the passion and intensity right now.  As Yeats wrote of another time, “The best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity.”  That about sums it up for me. 

We’d better get intense and passionate because Mr. CA is another crazy leftist fascist calling for a civil war but swearing “not that kind of civil war” all the while the left mounts its most concerted effort yet to disarm the population. So #1 buy more guns and ammo. #2 get passionate for freedom.  #3 get intense about pushing back where you can - voting.

Lemmesee, to the extent that any of them are, it probably has something to do with:

They stay in school.

They get up & go to work (sober if possible).

They avoid contact with law enforcement.

They avoid 7 out of wedlock children before graduating high school.

They learn to speak the King’s English.

They act white in a white world (shocking I know).

They don’t use or deal drugs. 

But if you want to know the facts, you’d be much better off you were Asian in America than white.  By nearly every measurable metric - income, education, crime etc. - Asians are far more privileged than whitey.  Yet not word about Asian privilege.  One thing is for sure, Asian success cannot exist because those lazy, stupid Asians are smarter and/or work harder.  That’s crazy.  There absolutely has to be a reason why Asians as a race are more successful than me other than they just work harder and are smarter.  That’s an explanation that I just will not accept.  It has to be some kind of Asian privilege at work plain and simple.

Re:  Kevin Krajewski’s letter, “Youth show the way to fight gun violence” of Apr 8, 2018

Estimates show that as little as 10% of the participants in the March for Our Lives rally was actually made up of the “youth” Krajewski is apparently so inspired by.  The other 90% were the usual collection of professional protestors, agitators, anarchists, anti-American, #NEVERTRUMPers funded by George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Tom Stayer, et al.  

The “youth” in that charade were useful idiots placed in front of the mob as window dressing to give it respectability and deflect any and all criticism.  After all in this day and age, you cannot tell a whining teenager that he’s a whining teenager. If you do, he’ll wrap himself in the invincible cloak of “childhood” and demand that you lose your job.  

If the Our Lives kids want to be treated like children, fine, go away and play.  The adults are talking.  Do not thrust yourself into the conversation as an adult only to retreat behind the sacrosanct wall of “childhood” when someone points out that you’re a whiner when you whine. 

Krajewski’s understanding of the Second Amendment and the functioning of firearms must be limited to the carefully screened propaganda found on the JG’s editorial page.  He should read the 27 plain words of the Second Amendment.  Read Federalist Paper No. 46 to grasp the founder’s intent.  Understand that an AR15 is a semi-automatic small bore rifle illegal for hunting large game in many states. 

It is impossible to discuss “common sense gun laws” when one side is so willfully ignorant, when one side insists that the NRA and by extension its 5 million members are murderers and terrorist.  It is impossible to discuss “common sense gun laws” when one side cannot even provide a coherent definition of the dreaded “assault weapon” that they so desperately want to ban. 

If I wanted ban something, the first thing I’d do is provide a reasonable easily understood definition of the target.  Instead of piling gibberish on top of banalities, and clichés, Krajewski might try reading a book that challenges his thinking on the subject, accurately define the problem and offer a reasonable solution.  

“We need to do something” is not a solution. 

Youth show way to fight gun violence

Watching the events surrounding the March for Our Lives rally in Washington, D.C., on March 24, I felt a sense of hope and pride as well as some measure of pain and shame.

For the members of the young generation who stood on that stage, it was inspiring to hear their tone of courage and resolve as they expressed their determination to address and correct the problems of gun violence they did not bring about but are stepping forward to address. Too many generations before them failed.

It is a matter, however, of some shame to acknowledge that my generation, the baby boom generation, has contributed to the failures. Though the Second Amendment is a sacred principle of our Constitution, its purpose(s) have time and again been distorted by organizations such as the National Rifle Association and Guns Owners of America.

Sadly, the ranks of ardent NRA supporters include many of my generation. The overwhelming number are law-abiding citizens, but few if any can really stand to explain the rationale of having weapons in our society whose origins, quite frankly, lie in the path of developing automatic assault weapons intended for military use.

Though the youth have taken center stage on this all-too-vital social issue and political problem, the complexities of dealing with gun violence require the attention of all Americans. At stake is not merely protecting the sacred lives of one generation, but restoring in the greatest measure possible peace and civility throughout the nation. The past cannot be changed, but shame can be replaced with the dignity of generations of Americans reaching across and supporting one another, as witnessed by the March for Our Lives.

Gerrymandering the editorial page

Demo-Dopes are doing what Dopes do.  When they cannot win an election they run to a judge to overturn the results.  A Lefty Lib PA judge has ruled that the congressional districts drawn by the PA legislature are unconstitutional.  Instead he thinks he should draw up the districts.  Makes sense right.  Why let elected officials do that when an unelected unaccountable life-time Lefty Lib appointee says he's better qualified?  

Gerrymandering is the new hot topic for the Dopes.  They are not against the practice per se, they are against the practice when they are not the ones engaging in the practice.  Then they run to a judge.

Gerrymandering is a BS practice no matter who engages in the practice. As soon as you offer a remedy such as, "Okay let's pass a law that requires that congressional districts consist of contiguous townships with no more than two townships per district divide north-south or east west between contiguous congressional districts" the left goes nuts.

"You can't do that!!!!"  Why?  "It will underrepresent minorities!!!!  Many of the most gerrymandered districts in America are set up to insure a minority representative!!!"  So you're for gerrymandering? "Well yeah, but only as long as it favors us!!"     

Well a gerrymandering letter showed up in the local fish wrap.  So Lex took the opportunity to demonstrate the JG's own gerrymandering.

I was surprised to read a letter condemning gerrymandering on the editorial page of the JG.  Why?  Well it’s clear by the content of the editorial page that the JG not only supports gerrymandering it actively engages in the practice with regard to what it chooses to run on this page.

Given the political make up of Indiana’s Third District and the dearth of letters on the JG editorial page in support of the Second Amendment, it’s pretty clear that the JG’s highly principled truth-seeking editors are gerrymandering logical, thoughtful and well-written letters supporting  nature’s first law and constitutionally protected right of self-defense straight into the trashcan.  Instead we get a steady diet of emotional, incoherent, ignorant Lefty Lib gun grabbing rubbish.

While I am not delighted with JG’s decision to gerrymander the truth off of its editorial page with regard to the Second Amendment, I am overjoyed at their decision to gerrymander letter after hate-filled angry letter condemning (trigger warning) President Donald J. Trump.  Who knew that the left’s reservoir of intense loathing for Trump would continue to overflow for S-I-X-T-E-E-N months?  Remarkable.

What makes the Left’s tantrum particularly enjoyable is that many Trump supporters actually disagree with few, if any, of the accusations leveled at Trump. The only thing shocking about a porn star charging an affair with Trump is that ANYBODY is shocked by it. So if (trigger warning) President Donald J. Trump is as bad as these Lefty Lib letters claim, how bad is crooked Hillary to have lost to such a man? 

That’s why letters like Barb Foland Mathews’ are so wonderful.  Flaws and all and while spending about one-third the money, (trigger warning) President Donald J. Trump by sheer force of personality beat crooked Hillary like a drum and drove a three foot 2X4 through her soulless political heart. And it was wonderful. 

Every time the JG gerrymanders another “Trump sucks” letter onto this page, I get to relive the glory that was the evening of Nov 8, 2016.  Thank you. 

Gerrymandering skews Indiana's elections

According to Citizens for Fair Elections, “On the state legislative level, Republicans received 58 percent of the votes in Indiana in the 2016 elections. Yet, they hold 82 percent of the state Senate seats and 70 percent of the state House seats. Interestingly enough, Republicans also controlled the process that drew these district lines in 2010.” This means Indiana, by definition, is gerrymandered.

Pennsylvania's Supreme Court recently forced the redrawing of its districts to end decades of gerrymandering, and the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the law. The drawing of maps by the party in power makes no sense – regardless of which party is doing the drawing. We, the voters, have the right to expect our votes will count in a fairly run election process. Gerrymandering skews the vote intentionally for the benefit of one set of political players, and democracy loses every time.

The Indiana legislature has repeatedly killed bills that call for an independent redistricting entity to draw the maps. This year, the Republican-led legislature offered a watered-down version of a bill that asks the party in power “to consider and adopt modifications to the initial proposed plans that deviate from the redistricting standards” when redrawing the districts. That hardly solves the problem when the party in power is able to choose either to amend or disregard criteria as it sees fit.

Gerrymandering means the scales are tipped in favor of the ruling party. Until this changes, Indiana votes aren't being fairly counted. That isn't democracy, and it isn't good for any of us who want our votes to count.

An easy decision

The majority of American voters have realized that Donald Trump is a dangerous demagogue, an ignorant and immoral embarrassment to our country. But most Republicans in Congress, including Jim Banks, are still blindly complacent with Trump's ill-conceived policies and childish tweets.

Like many Americans, I'm concerned about the future of our economy. I'm afraid our infantile president will get us all blown up. I grieve for what will happen to our environment. And I'm angry that the spineless majority in Congress refuses to acknowledge that the emperor has no clothes. I don't understand this attitude unless they are all afraid of losing the racist alt-right vote, even if it means losing the votes of intelligent Americans.

We all need to wake up and pay attention in the midterm elections this year. We should not be voting for members of Congress who do not have the moral courage to stand up against a bad president with dangerous ideas. The voting record of Banks shows he has voted in support of the Trump agenda about 94 percent of the time.

And for me, this makes voting for a strong, sharp candidate like Courtney Tritch a no-brainer.

Lex destroys Lefty Lib "faulty reasoning"

Never ask how your reasoning can be faulted.  It always can, ask any married man. When it comes to gun control, the Lefty Lib's best argument remains the emotional appeal. Every single time they try to engage in truth, logic or gun facts, they get destroyed.  Better for them to start and end every gun discussion with, "We have to do something" than ever try to explain or defend what the "something" is or how it will help.

Michael Moffitt tries to demonstrate how the #2A is outmoded in today's JG. The only thing he accomplishes is to again let the cat out of the bag as what the true aim of the Lefty Lib anti-gun movement is.

I am a constitutionalist “originalist” and it is quite easy to fault Moffitt’s faulty reasoning.  First and most obvious, what do you suppose the word “National” in term National Guard means?  It means in addition to the federal government providing the lion’s share of the funding for the National Guard’s equipment and training, the president can, with consent of congress, nationalize Guard units.

Perhaps the only thing faultier than Moffitt’s reasoning is his understanding of what constitutes a “standing army.”  Can anyone be so misinformed as to believe the National Guard (part-time soldiers) is equivalent to a state’s own standing army?  Moffitt may want to check the definition of “standing army.” 

The National Guard is what is referred to as a “regular militia.”  There are also state militias (different from the National Guard) and unorganized militias.  Secure in his faulty reasoning, Moffitt never bothered to take the 20 minutes or so required to research the difference in these three organizations.

Also Moffitt apparently never checked his reasoning against Federalist Paper No. 46.  Nor did he bother to consider the role of English common law that recognizes the natural right to self-defense and is the bedrock upon which the framers placed the Second Amendment.

I will give Moffitt credit for one thing though.  As faulty as his reasoning is otherwise, he plainly and accurately stated the ultimate goal of Lefty Libs when they talk about “common sense gun control”.  When they talk about “common sense gun control,” what they really mean is the repeal of the Second Amendment.  

  

Amendment outmoded

Why not start a movement to repeal the Second Amendment? The founders were horrified of standing, full-time armies. Thus, the Second Amendment was drafted. But that aversion to full-time standing armies died out a long time ago. The federal government has one and the states (with their National Guards) have theirs. Both are armed by the citizens through taxation and are peopled by volunteers. Such being the case, we no longer need the citizens to arm nor serve in the militias when they are constituted and called to duty for the states. Hence, we no longer need the Second Amendment.

If you're a constitutional “originalist,” I can't see how you fault that reasoning.

Trump winning immigration debate, slow motion southern invasion helps

Don the non is winning the immigration debate.  As thousands of Central American “refugees” march in a “caravan” toward our southern border aided and abetted by the Mexican government Don the non is the only thing standing in their way. 

Stupid Demo Dopes (but I repeat myself) are warning the Don not use military money for a wall or to impede the progress of the “caravan”.  As Coach Brisker used to ask me, “How dumb are you, son?” 

First off notice how it's referred to as a "caravan" not an invasion.  The "caravan" is a totally visible symbol of what happens when a nation does not have a serious deterrent (wall) or serious laws to dissuade illegal aliens from entering the country but compensates for those shortcomings with a generous welfare system. 

Republicans ought to be sounding the alarm.  The leftist candidate in Mexico's election has a double digit lead.  We all know what happens when leftists in Hispanic countries take control. We may be 10 years away from Mexico becoming the next Venezuela.  If that happens the southern border will have 10s of millions of “refugees” in the "caravan". 

My guess is that a majority of Rat establishment Republican Caligula, D.C. ruling class azzwipes are perfectly okay with millions streaming across our southern border.  If they weren’t, they make the money available for the wall. 

I’m still not delighted with Don the non’s signing of the omnibus, but we have face reality PDJT is the ONLY thing standing between Dopes and ReRs who would consign America to the ash heap of history and that exact fate. 

The good news is that on the Second Amendment, immigration, DACA, taxes and just basic American freedom PDJT is successfully smoking the Dopes out on their real aim. 

Without segue way I offer, that is why the Mueller investigation is NOT going away.  Mueller is apparently a bipartisan swamp creature.  The Dopes and ReRs want something on PDJT.  As a result Mueller is here for the duration.

Public School Teachers could go the way of burger flippers

When Lefty Libs talk about teaching they generally refer to the teaching profession as a “calling”.  For those truly “called” to professions like preaching, soldering, ministering to the poor and the sick and teaching, compensation generally is not the first consideration. 

The obvious answer to me for raising teacher’s pay is to ask them to work the full year.  50K plus a year for nine months of work with a generous year-round healthcare package and getting more days off during the nine months of activity than the average working stiff does not sound like slave labor to me. 

Let’s try tying teacher pay to a similar “calling,” like a military officer. Military officers are generally on call 24-7, 365.  Most can be deployed with no-notice around the world.  A high percentage are guaranteed to be placed in harm’s way several times during a career. 

Starting pay for a military officer is about 37K a year or 28K for 9 months work.  If the officer demonstrates competence and is promoted on time over a 20 year career the pay goes to about 108K or about 81K for nine months work. 

The big difference between teachers and military officers is that officers cannot be replaced by the internet on snow days.  Which raises the question, if the internet works on snow days, why can’t it work during teacher strikes or any other day? 

Which raises more questions.  Why is education trapped in a 19^th century model?  If teachers don’t want to teach and aren’t particularly good at it anyway, why are parents forced to bus their kids into classrooms run by incompetent people who don’t want to be there? 

My advice to teachers is that strikes will call attention to more cost effective ways to achieving better results (homeschooling, vouchers, e-learning etc.) which, in the long run, will and probably should break the teacher’s unions’ stranglehold on public education. 

Raising the minimum wage in restaurants in San Francisco had the unintended result of many of them closing and others going to automation leaving many former employees without jobs.  Education is not immune to economic forces.  Labor and pension costs in education will eventually cause the people paying the freight to look at more cost effective alternatives. 

My advice to public officials is to come into the 21^st century and get on with finding those alternatives. 

More public teachers find their voice

The roar started in West Virginia and spread to Kentucky and Oklahoma. It's the sound of public school teachers frustrated by policies affecting their salaries and benefits and eroding resources available to their classrooms. 

In West Virginia, teachers won a 5 percent raise after a nine-day strike in early March. After Kentucky lawmakers passed a bill Thursday to place teachers in a hybrid cash-balance plan instead of a traditional pension, walkouts forced several Kentucky schools to close Friday. Thousands of Kentucky teachers marched at the Capitol in Frankfort Monday. Arizona teachers appear to be close to walking out.

Oklahoma lawmakers approved a raise for teachers last week, but it wasn't enough to quell the protest in Oklahoma City, where thousands of teachers from across the state demonstrated. 

“If I didn't have a second job, I'd be on food stamps,” Rae Lovelace, a third-grade teacher from northwest Oklahoma, told NBC News. She said she works 30 to 40 hours a week at a second job teaching online courses for a charter school.

According to data from the U.S. Department of Education, the average teacher salary in Oklahoma in 2016-17 was $45,245. Kentucky teachers earned $52,339.

And Indiana teachers? They earned less than their Kentucky colleagues – $50,554.

Re: Letter “Many ways to take a stand on gun laws”, Jean Harper et al of Apr 1, 2018

The letter by these “educators” makes no mention of which of America’s existing 20,000 plus gun laws they wish to take a stand on.  Neither do the “educators” offer a single proposal for “common-sense gun reform.”  Like all grabber letters it is but another emotional appeal to simply “do something!” 

Foolishly, the writers try to claim that the issue is a “human issue” rather than a Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal, millennial, boomer, male, female or religious issue. What a bunch gobooldygook.  What’s next, a call to contribute to “The Human Fund”? 

It’s a human issue? Okay let’s run with that.  What is the first natural law for us humans?  The first natural law is the right to self-defense.  So now maybe the writers want to rethink that “human issue” nonsense. 

These “educators” want you to believe that this is not a Republican or Democrat, conservative or liberal issue?  That’s total garbage. Though most of us are publicly educated, we’re not that stupid. 

There are outliers on both sides of the political divide on this issue, but you’d have to be an ignoramus or in a vegetative state not to have recognized by now that one party (Democrat) is intent on eliminating your means of self-defense while the other (Republican) is protecting it. 

Not a male, female issue?  You’re kidding, right? Smith & Wesson have done more to promote women’s equality than all of the feminists since Susan B. Anthony combined. 

Not a religious issue?  Well to the extent that one of the Ten Commandments – Thou shall not murder - goes to the heart of the matter, maybe it is religious.  The great warrior/philosopher Sun Tsu said, “The moral is to the physical as ten is to one.” Trace school violence and the decline of public education back to the 1970’s when “educators” got God kicked out the classroom and see what you find. 

The fact that these “educators” are so quick to dismiss any moral component from the solution is proof positive that they are but the latest in long line of leftist JG letter writers that just want the Second Amendment gone. 

Many ways to take a stand on gun laws

We are educators who were forced, actually, into becoming activists. There comes a point when it is impossible to not “walk your talk and stand where you live.” Simply stated, we want common-sense gun reform.

An often-asked question is, “What can I do?” There are many ways to make your voice heard. Write to your congressmen and congresswomen detailing your position. Call those same legislators and reiterate your stance.

We invite and encourage our colleagues, former students and other interested citizens to join us in becoming and remaining aware and active – to make a difference. Write letters; arrange a “march together with friends” and participate in one of the organized marches; contact your local political party headquarters and ask what you can do to help; attend the town hall meetings scheduled in your area; hold those vital discussions and debates with friends and colleagues about what solutions might look like; do the soul-searching required to discover exactly what you are willing and able to do.

Most importantly, recognize that this is not a Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal, millennial, boomer, male, female or religious issue. It is a human issue and, unfortunately, an American issue. An intricately complicated problem will never have a simple, one-aspect solution. Now is the time for each of us to make the vow to make a difference, and we can only do that if we know the facts and doggedly check the facts as we listen and speak. If not now, when? If not us, who?

Fox New came out and backed one of their talents – FINALLY.  Fox issued a brief statement that it would not be intimidated by the puny self-admitted child David the Hogg and looked forward to Laura Ingraham’s return to her show next week.  Even Rush Limbaugh offered Ingraham support in the first hour his show on Mon.  It’s about time. Here’s the list of Ingraham’s gutless leftists advertisers who bailed on her: 

Bayer, Hulu, Johnson & Johnson, Liberty Mutual, Wayfair, Entertainment Studio, Office Depot, Expida, Principal Finance, Honda, Progressive Insurance, Jenny Craig, Ruby Tuesday, Jos A. Bank, Stitch Fix, TripAdvisor and (not fit for dogs) Nutrish pet foods 

Since I do not shop much, it’s pretty easy for me to avoid these companies, so I will.

Money still talks louder than an AntiFa protest

The bad news. Seems to me as I sit here with my second cup of coffee and piece of cake left over from Easter dinner, breathing the rarefied air you only find in a secured compound, we’re losing this battle.  David the Hogg and his ilk are running amok destroying Laura Ingraham while we sit back and enjoy coffee and cake.  If the Hogg can destroy Ingraham, then who is next.  

Ingraham’s biggest mistake was NOT calling a whining little bastard a whiner.  Her mistake was offering an apology that she had to know was never going to do anything but inflame the mess.  She should have learned from Don the non and doubled down with, “Not only are you whiner, you apparently aren’t a very smart one. 4.2 GPA? Pffft.  Thanks to grade inflation, a 2018 4.2 GPA is equivalent to about a 1982 C-, big deal.” 

She did not do it.  Now her sponsors are bailing. 

That’s where the losing part comes in.  Where’s the push back from our side?  No politicians or conservative hosts that I’ve seen have stood up and said, “Hey look, if you’re going to put yourself out there and try to nullify the constitution with crybaby emotional BS, don’t be surprised if you are, at some point, called a whiner.  If you act like one, someone might just point it out.  Once identified as the crybaby that you are at age 18 (or soon to be) don’t pull the ‘I’m just a child’ card.  Young MEN not much older than you are rucking up, moving out and drawing fire in places we don’t even know about right now. They are ‘out there’ and don’t get to pull the ‘I’m only a child’ card.  So if you want to be ‘out there’ fine.  Go be ‘out there.’  Just don’t tell us you’re ‘child’ when being ‘out there’ gets a bit rough.” 

Everywhere you look schools are shutting down to march for Lefty Lib BS causes, Lefty Lib teachers openly verbally assault conservatives and their ideas, statues of American icons are vandalized and pulled down without a word of defense, AntiFa is arming themselves, MSM and the Hollywood swells will not give our side a break, etc. so what to do? 

First thing to remember is our side is shut out by design.  It’s all by design.  It’s designed to make you feel isolated – which when you ensconce yourself inside a compound may be exactly what you want, but I digress.  So I think it’s important to let them know we do not feel isolated somehow.  

How?  Well conservatives should make Laura Ingraham their cause celeb.  They should be totally unafraid to identify the Hogg for what he is a puny little, whining Lefty Lib puppet.  There should be a tit for tat movement organized against sponsors who let the Hogg run their ad campaigns.  Laura Ingraham should be interviewed and supported by every media personality and outlet that is a potential NEXT target for the Hogg and his agitators. 

Conservatives need to learn from Ben Franklin who reportedly said, “We need to hang together, or we certainly all hang separately.”  

Here, try this with any crowd that you can assemble.  Simple test, “Raise your hand if, by your 18^th birthday, you have never been called something worse than a ‘whiner’ by someone more important to your life than a cable TV host.”  I was going to raise my hand then I remembered football practice, basketball practice, report cards, wrecked cars, dropped balls, missed tackles, unnecessary penalties, wrong lines in the school play, lost coats, damaged books, dumped canoes, broken bikes, etc. etc. etc. etc. to infinity. 

Someone once said, mistake are the only things we can call our own.  We learn more form them because we tend to dwell on them longer than success.  Today it seems to me the Hogg and whiny little pee ants like him are never exposed to the reality of their mistakes.  He is a whiner.  That’s an undeniable fact.  But you cannot say it like Laura Ingraham did without the Lefty Libs coming down on you with both feet trying to ruin your life.  We should all say it as loudly as possible and deffuse the fire directed a Laura Ingraham. 

The good news.  We probably have most the money.  If not in total terms at least in terms of the kind of money that is spent on the stuff cable TV advertisers are hawking.  I’m not a big boycotter.  I don’t spend enough money.  My two biggest annual expenses are haircuts and the offering at church which are, sadly, about the same.  I don’t buy enough of anything to make a difference. 

But if all the conservatives used their platforms to tell their followings to avoid purchases of Nutrish (not fit for dogs) pet food and Progressive insurance etc. it would put a significant dent in the bottom line of those companies and give other companies second thoughts about letting an 18 year old puny little whining punk dictate their ad strategies. 

The big problem now is that the left is organized.  We are not.  How did a bunch of anarchists not capable of organizing a one car funeral get organized?  The MSM, George Soros, Bloomberg, etc. are the organizing agents for the left.  We’ll never have that.  In fact any effort to organize criminalized and will be portrayed by the MSM as failing.  So we just have to do it. Make your money count for something.  It's pretty simple really.

The RANCO cone of silence is modeled after the cone of silence on the famous hit TV sitcom Get Smart.

In the onetime great sitcom Get Smart, when CONTROL Agent Maxwell Smart and his boss known as “Chief” wanted foil the eavesdropping capabilities of their evil rival known a KAOS, they would, with hilarious results, lower “the cone silence”.  

Hilarious because lowering the devise, like all government produced policies and equipment, created the exact opposite of what they intended.  Lowering “the cone or silence” resulted in Smart and Chief shouting at each other as if they were trying to be heard over the roar of a jet engine.  No?  Would you believe a diesel truck engine hauling a load of steel up a steep grade?  No. How about the roar of an electric lawn mower?  Would you believe that they were shouting at each other as if they were trying to be heard over the roar of a snail crossing a polished linoleum floor? 

Not only that, the only ones who couldn’t hear what was being said were the people inside “the cone of silence.” That’s funny stuff when you’re 8 years old.  Okay, it’s still funny to me.
