Only 38 shootings shows progress...in Chicago

After 38 shootings over the long July 4^th weekend in Chicago, Police Supt. Garry McCarthy says that the city’s crime-fighting is “clearly working.”   YGBSM.  I suppose when they hit 100 they will declare victory and go home.  The crime-fighting is going so well StateRep. Monique Davis has asked that the National Guard be brought in to stop theviolence – and she’s a Demo-Dope.  Hmm, if a Dope wants the National Guard, what are Republicans asking for – the city to be plowed into Lake Michigan?

McCarthy also blamed the summer weather for the number of shootings. Ah Ha!  So, guns don’t kill people hot weather does.  Instead of banning assault weapons, maybe we should be issuing air conditioning units.  No wait, the global warm-mongers will be all in a tizzy with that move.  Better to let the people be murdered in the heat of the night than try to cool them off.

Of the shooting, 11 were fatal.  Let that sink in.  It would be safer to be a passenger on a S. Korean airliner during a crash landing in San Francisco, where only two people died, than hang in Chicago on the weekend.  It would be safer to be standing in close proximity to the Tsarnaev brothers during the Boston Marathon, where only three people died, than to hang out in Chicago on the week end.  It would be safer to volunteer for a night patrol in Afghanistan, than hang out in Chicago on the weekend.  It would be safer to cut through George Zimmerman’s neighborhood wearing a hoodie and carrying a bag of Skittles on a dark and rainy night than hang out in Chicago on the weekend.

The shootings sadly and not surprisingly are nearly all mino on mino.  There is no outrage because race hustling Revs? Al, Jess and Jerry cannot shake the branches of the racial money making tree when minos are gunning down minos.  The money that falls always ends up exclusively in the Revs? pockets.  The kids in Chicago are every bit as dead and gone as Trayvon Martin, but there’s no money in it for the Revs? when minos are gunning down each other, so why go and call for order?

Better to stay near Sanford, FL to mug for the cameras with Martin’s family, feigning outrage and leading the “no justice, no peace” chant, in the event of a Zimmerman acquittal.  Stirring up racial strife in Sanford over one dead body is a heck of a lot easier than trying to get minos to stop shooting each other in Chicago where the weekend body count is closer to an hour of playing the extra bloody video game, Call to Duty.

Whatever the verdict, George Zimmerman’s life is pretty much over.  Not as over as Trayvon Martin’s for sure, but Zimmerman has no hope of ever living a normal life.  His and his family’s lives will be in constant danger.  The feds under the lack of leadership of the vindictive and clueless Eric the wad Holder is likely as not to file “civil rights” charges against Zimmerman if acquitted, after all it was one of the wad’s “people” who was shot by Zimmerman.

Oh and to the rest of us, an armed society is a polite society.  Concealed carry is now the law of the land in all 50 states.  It is probably best not to punch anyone in the face these days.
