PDJT standing alone and the only man capable of doing so

PDJT’s decision to slap a 5% tariff on Mexico if they do not help stem the flow of illegal aliens into America proves two things.  First, it demonstrates that PDJT is still the ONLY one in Caligula, D.C. who gives a rat’s butt about the invasion taking place on the southern border.  Next, it shows that PDJT has not been effected in any way by Grand Nan from San Fran Peloser, Fat Jerry Nadler and other rabid Demo-Dopes’ call for impeachment and their non-stop efforts to scuttle his presidency.

PDJT declared there would be a 5% tax on imports from Mexico effective June 10th if Mexico fails to take reasonable steps to ease the crisis at our border.   Plans include ratcheting up the cost by 5% for every month the Mexican government fails to pull its corrupt head out of its butt and stop facilitating the invasion.  The tariffs could go as high as 25%.  That’s okay I guess.

I’d have done it backward.  I’d have started with the crushing pain of a 25% tariff to make sure I had their attention. I wouldn’t reduce it until Mexico started bussing the masses already gathered at our border south.  Once the immediate crisis at the border is solved, I’d take off 5%.

Then I’d require Mexico to actively patrol their side of the border for drugs and illegal aliens.  Once there is proof of that, another 5% would come off.

Next, the Mexican government would have to demonstrate that they have control of THEIR southern border. Once that is proven, another 5% would off.

Then the Mexican government would have to demonstrate that they are working with THEIR southern neighbors to solve the problem.  That might mean a Mexican led South/Central American migration council to stop the problem at the root and ensure it does not restart.  Once that was up and running another 5% would come off.

The last 5% would remain until the 20 million or so illegal aliens Mexico, Demo-Dopes and Rat establishment Republicans allowed to invade our country are dealt with.  That 5% would remain to pay for social services, repatriating the mob that these wizards of smart allowed to invade us and – hell yes – pay for a wall.

Mexico enjoys a 60 billion dollar trade advantage over the US.  That means that PDJT has the upper hand with Mexico.  Unlike his weak kneed predecessors, PDJT has chosen to play that hand. PDJT isn’t even asking Mexico to do something that isn’t in their own best interests.  Mexico sends its poor into the US relieving them of their responsibility to care for many of their own poor while expecting that the illegals will send US dollars back to Mexico – win, win for the corruptocrats running Mexico.  The last thing Mexico needs is more poor people cutting across the country forcing Mexico to care for them on the journey and running the risk that some may decide to stay.

Last on this point, the economy is the one thing keeping PDJT afloat in popularity polls.  He already has a tariff war or at least a major trade skirmish ongoing with our behemoth trading partner – China.  The fact that PDJT is willing to risk his own political chances by opening up an economic skirmish on a second front tells you all really to know about where PDJT’s heart is – America first.

PDJT’s latest move is proof positive that he is immune to the hysterics of Demo-Dopes, Special Councils, Rat establishment Republicans, MSM, Hollywood swells, et al.  When President Nixon’s presidency was assaulted by these same know-nothings, he became despondent and shrunk away.  The White House became a bunker.  The closest Nixon ever came to fighting back against the mob was declaring that he was not a crook.  There were rumors of him cracking up and wandering the halls of the White House late at night naked talking to himself.

By comparison, PDJT gets up at about 4am every morning, kicks his opponents in the balls with a tweet before they have had their morning coffee, announces an executive policy that cause the usual suspects to melt down before noon, answers questions for half-an-hour at an impromptu news conference on his way to Marine One where he tells the truth about his opponents and as such cause a second melt down among the usual suspects, fires off an 11pm tweet about the BS being reported on his administration that the usual suspects don’t see until they roll out of the sack with a hangover at 9am and are promptly kicked in the balls again with another of PDJT’s spot on tweets.  Repeat every day.

I’ve noted it before, and I’ll note here again. PDJT is the ONLY thing standing between us, the invasion of our country, America’s very survival as founded and the globalist mob that would destroy the country by noon today if they could.  Ride the Trump tiger.

Coward, liar Boob Nifong Mueller reduced to nothing more than a national Rorschach test

All you need to do is test the reaction of the Demo-Dopes Vs. Republicans.  After the speech, CNN’s panel of 35 concluded that Nifong Mueller clearly was laying out the case for impeachment because PDJT obstructed justice.  He said no such thing.  Republicans say Nifong Mueller found no case for collusion or obstruction.  Each sees what they want to see.

Nifong Mueller had two years and two perfect opportunities – his Nifong Mueller Rorschach report and yesterday’s Nifong Mueller Rorschach speech – to say PDJT was guilty of something or an even lower bar that there was a 50.001% likelihood that PDJT had committed a prosecutable crime.  He made no such charge.

Instead, ever the coward, Nifong Mueller punted the ball on both occasions.  He had one job.  He spent two years and 30 million bucks, but he didn’t do his job.  He produced one Nifong Mueller Rorschach test – the report – then yesterday he produced another.  He charged PDJT with nothing.  He proved nothing.

He concluded that the Russians did indeed, as they have done for the last 60 years, try to influence the 2016 election.  That’s remarkable because the guy that was supposed to stop such interference, Barry The Empty Suit, clearly told Putin to “knock it off.”  A verbal warning from a little waif. Ooooooooooo I’ll bet that had ol’ Vlad shaking in his boots.

So ol Vlad and the Russians did what they’ve been doing for last 60 years.  They F---d with lil TES.  They F---d with Johnny the Red Brennan.  They F---d with Jimmy the fib clap clap Clapper.  They F---d with Jimmy the shape shifter Comey. All of the Russian interference occurred right under these wizards of smart’s noses.  They did nothing.  What did Nifong Mueller say about that?  Nothing.

Nifong Mueller went so far as to indict Russians that he knows will never stand trial in the US.  Yesterday Nifong Mueller conferred the presumption of innocence on the Russians.  Later, Nifong Mueller told us that he couldn’t charge PDJT because there was no way PDJT could defend himself at trial and it would be unfair to charge him if he would never go to trial.

Wait, what?  The Russians get charged with no expectation of trail but receive the presumption of innocence.  PDJT does not get charged, but he has to meet Nifong Mueller’s new standard of proof to wit – If we had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so,” so if Boob Nifong Mueller cannot prove that you are innocent then you must have committed some sort of crime.  The Dopes are off and running.  Good luck with that one.  There’s a reason they are referred to as “Dopes” on this page.

Last, Dopes never talked about “Russian interference” that they knew was taking place when Shrillda the Hutt was supposed to win the election, because they didn’t want anyone to think the Russians had anything whatsoever to do with her “big win.”  When PDJT kicked her fat lazy butt the exact people who were supposed to stop Russian interference started to claim the Russians stole the election.

Where are we today?  Exactly where we were at this time yesterday.

China
China is threatening to cut off exports of rare earth to the US – no not pirated CDs from the band.  America gets about 80 of its rare earth materials from China.  This is not a good thing.  We shouldn’t be relying on a bunch of Godless commie bastards for 80% of anything we need to make America run.  It is in our best interest to cultivate new sources.  Thank you China for the wake up call.

Today’s JG rant
Cheers to Frank Fromme Jr. for having the skill and courage to take a large number of wild animals in legal hunts.

Cheers to Frank Fromme Jr. for paying 10s of thousands of dollars over his lifetime in licensing fees to protect wildlife habitat and manage herds.

Cheers to Frank Fromme Jr. for spending 10s of thousands more of his own dollars to preserve the animals he took in a long and storied hunting career.

Cheers to Frank Fromme Jr. for allowing thousands who otherwise might never see the beauty of these magnificent specimens up close the opportunity to do so.

Jeers to clueless sourpusses like Jack Rhoades who obviously know very little about wildlife management and who mindlessly advocate arresting people for engaging in legal activities.

Trophy hunter bad pick for newspaper feature
Very sad, the article on Page 8C on May 19. All the senseless killings of those innocent animals by Frank Fromme Jr. just for the “sport” and entertainment of one man. And then to make a museum out of that? What a travesty.
Why did those beautiful animals need to die? It would have been much more humane to take pictures of those magnificent creatures and frame them so people could look at them instead, and they would have still been alive. Very disheartening and sad.
The guy should have been arrested instead of revered. Someday a lot of those animals will be extinct and we will wonder why.

Smart people can learn something from anyone

Today’s JG rant
Some of the dumbest people in the world are those well educated people with multiple degrees plastered on their office wall.  If a person thinks that by virtue of some framed pieces of paper he’s smarter, or wiser than anyone else or that there’s nothing to be learned from everyday people then he truly is a fool and provides a pretty good definition of the word “arrogance.”

Take Superintendent Phil Downs of Southwest Allen County Schools snarky swipe at the idea of externships, “So happy kindergarten teachers will finally have to spend 15 hours learning what businesses want from our 5 year olds! This is the visionary leadership Indiana needs!”  I like the judicious use of the exclamation marks, Phil.
Could a kindergarten teacher learn something from the staff at Science Central about how to set up displays that appeal to 5 year olds?  Are there no Montessori daycare programs that could provide insights into alternative approaches to educating young children?  Would hanging out with the midnight shift at a fast food restaurant talking to an under educated single mother provide understanding into why little Johnny shows up to school late, unbathed and in the same dirty shirt three days in a row?  Is there nothing ordinary tax paying working parents might share with a prospective kindergarten teacher about the education of their children that might prove useful?  Could externing with a lawn care company provide some awareness why it is folly to expect a full year’s salary for seasonal work?
The answer to all of those questions is an emphatic - no.  Extra smart smarty pants Phil Downs -- who apparently learned everything there is to know about education at university –- says so and even went so far as to tweet about it using not one but two exclamation marks.  So that’s that.
Shortage of sense
'Externships' latest slap at state's teachers
Bill supporters
Most area lawmakers supported House Enrolled Act 1002, requiring Indiana teachers to complete 15 hours of professional development related to community workforce needs as part of their professional license renewal process. Voting yes were:
Republican Sens. Liz Brown, Justin Busch, Sue Glick, Travis Holdman, Dennis Kruse and Andy Zay
Republican Reps. David Abbott, Martin Carbaugh, David Heine, Chris Judy, Matt Lehman, Dan Leonard, Bob Morris, Curt Nisly, Ben Smaltz and Denny Zent
Who is directing education policy in Indiana? That would be Gov. Eric Holcomb's Workforce Cabinet, the 20 appointees whose recommendation on teacher licensing will now require educators to spend 15 hours on professional development related to their community's “current and future economic needs.”
The panel's directive was approved in House Enrolled Act 1002, a career and technical education package that leaves little doubt that Indiana business leaders believe teachers aren't preparing the workers they need. On mostly party lines, the legislation was approved by the Republican supermajorities in the House and Senate, with Auburn Republican Dennis Kruse a co-sponsor. He told a South Bend TV station the new requirement helps teachers help students.
“So they can help teach and guide those kids so they can fulfill those job opportunities that are out there,” Kruse told WSBT-TV.
But Superintendent Phil Downs of Southwest Allen County Schools was quick to point out the absurdity of the new licensing rule, which goes into effect July 1.
“So happy kindergarten teachers will finally have to spend 15 hours learning what businesses want from our 5 year olds! This is the visionary leadership Indiana needs!” he tweeted last week.
Downs made sure to note his Twitter post was sarcastic, but no one could possibly confuse visionary thinking with a scheme to require educators – including those who teach children who won't enter the workforce until 2032 – to spend 15 hours in an unpaid “externship.” For anyone who has been following the state's 15-year effort to remold Indiana's public schools into worker training programs, however, this new requirement should come as no surprise.
Still, the president of the Indiana State Teachers Association is right when she calls it a “slap in the face” to teachers, who were promised at the start of the session that salary increases would be a priority and now are learning the session brought nothing in the form of guaranteed income relief and more in the way of unnecessary regulations.
Many of those teachers are beginning to find their voice, however. Dozens joined a protest on the Allen County Courthouse Green late Tuesday afternoon as part of a “teacher work-in” to protest the state's lack of support for schools.
“There is a teacher shortage, and it's not going to get better until something changes,” teacher Cheryl Keim told The Journal Gazette's Ashley Sloboda.
Those changes will have to start at the General Assembly, where school funding and regulatory decisions are made – contrary to lawmakers' insistence those decisions are made at the school board level. Given lawmakers' enthusiastic support for professional development, we would suggest externships would benefit more than teachers. Why don't the 20 members of the Governor's Workforce Cabinet and the 103 lawmakers who supported HEA 1002 schedule 15 hours of professional development in an Indiana public school this fall? They should spend the hours in the classroom, but also in a school office, where staff members work through attendance and discipline issues with parents who don't make school a priority. The lawmakers should shadow a teacher in the afterschool hours to learn what the job requires outside the classroom. They should sit in on a college-level pedagogy course to understand the educational requirements to become a teacher.
In a list submitted to the federal government last month, the Indiana Department of Education cited more than a dozen subject areas where teacher shortages exist. Count on that list growing longer next year, as more teachers and prospective teachers determine the demands outweigh the rewards they can find in Indiana classrooms. At some point, the shortages might finally catch the attention of the Governor's Workforce Cabinet.

The curious case of Boob Nifong Mueller

It is not the “Mueller Report” part of Boob Nifong Mueller that I find curious.  The report generated by 18 PDJT hating deep state creeps and the 2 years and 40 million dollars that went into producing that piece of garbage are proof positive that Nifong Mueller is an anti-American dolt or maybe just stupid.
Anyone familiar with this page knows Lex has railed against Mueller from the start.  The fact that this horse-faced weirdo loaded his team up with Trump haters, let his pointless investigation sail past the mid-term elections that put Grand Nan from San Fran Peloser back in control of the House all based on a phony Dope produced dossier is all you really need to know.  Well that and the one question that Nifong Mueller needs to answer:  At what point were you convinced that that there was no collusion between PDJT’s campaign and Russia?
My guess is that Nifong Mueller knew there was no collusion well BEFORE the mid-term election. If this tall stack of excrement allowed the investigation to continue ahead of and beyond the mid-term elections knowing that there was no collusion, the Dope House majority is totally illegitimate.  Republicans ought to be saying:
“Grand Nan from San Fran Peloser is a totally corrupt - totally illegitimate Speaker of the House.  She arrived in power because Nifong Mueller lacked the integrity and courage to report his findings when they became apparent.  Had Nifong Mueller had an ounce of honesty, he’d have reported out that there was no collusion between PDJT’s campaign and the Russians well BEFORE the mid-term election.  Had that information been known in September or even October, the Republicans would have held the House.  Nifong Mueller is a treasonous bastard and Grand Nan from San Fran Peloser is an illegitimate Speaker.”

Okay, that’s that.  But that’s not why there’s a curious case of Boob Nifong Mueller.   There’s a curious case of Nifong Mueller because PDJT has said he’d allow AG Barr determine if Nifong Mueller would testify before House and Senate committees about his BS report.  AG Barr has indicated that he has no problem with Nifong Mueller testifying.  So why haven’t Fat Jerry Nadler and Pencil Neck Shiff subpoenaed Nifong Mueller for his testimony? (See above for the one “smoking gun” question Nifong Mueller will be forced to answer.)
Nifong Mueller tried to sabotage PDJT's presidency.  Only PDJT’s force have will has limited Nifong Mueller’s and his the pile of deep state azzbaggery to seriously damage the nation.
Nifong Mueller will also be forced to explain why he, a la Jimmy the shape shifter Comey, laid out 10 cases of possible “obstruction of injustice” but failed to indict.  That move has Dopes salivating over impeaching PDJT. If Nifong Mueller has the slightest hint of integrity that portion of the report would be at the bottom of the shredder pile in the office of the Special Council and the report itself would have been one page.
But alas, integrity in Caligula, D.C. comes around about as often as Haley’s Comet.
So, no, it’s not curious that Nigong Mueller is a lying, cheating, treasonous, deep state scum bag.  We’ve always known that.  It’s curious why the once Dope hero and projected savior hasn’t been forced to testify.  Grow a set manly orbs and testify Boob.

Re: Tim Tiernon’s letter, “Behind in arms control,” of May 26, 2019

Tim Tiernon claims he was “shocked” to learn $251 million was diverted from the effort to destroy US chemical weapons stockpiles in order to secure the US southern border.  I doubt it, because he notes later in his letter that “every president and Congress in the past 22 years” has failed to meet US responsibility to destroy its chemical weapons.  So why the shocked face at something that has been going on the past 22 years?

Well for Tiernon, it only becomes shocking when PDJT is involved.  Tiernon is NOT shocked.  He’s just virtue signaling.  See he’s so much better rest of us, because he can effortlessly slip on his fake shocked face and feign concern about something he knows has been going on for more than two decades.  Look for Tiernon’s next shocked face when the sun rises in the east tomorrow.

Here’s a news flash to Tiernon and the lefty libs:  Americans are the good guys.  Now I can see Tiernon’s real “shocked face” at that proclamation.

Hell yes “we are willing to go to war over chemical weapons in other countries.”  The likelihood of the US using such weapons is somewhere between 0% and .000000001%.  “Other countries” have demonstrated a proclivity to use their stockpiles, and those are the weapons that will be used against our forces and the forces of allies.  So yeah, reasonable people get concerned.

We have money to dismantle weapons in the former Soviet Union because our own weapons are well secured, inspected and maintained.  Weapons in the former Soviet Union and its satellites are not.  Crazy as it sounds, it is in our best interests to destroy the former Soviet Union’s weapons before they degrade and become unstable or worse disappear into the wrong hands.

I’m shocked, supposedly “shocked” people can’t figure this out.

Behind in arms control
On May 13, The Journal Gazette published a Washington Post article about Defense Department plans to shift money to President Donald Trump's border wall.
I was shocked to read that $251 million will be taken from the effort to destroy our stockpile of chemical weapons.
We have the largest remaining stockpile in the world. They should have been destroyed by April 29, 2007 (10 years after we agreed to the chemical weapons convention).
We had 2,770 metric tons of binary nerve agents, Lewisite, mustard sarin, soman and other chemicals as of December 2015, according to armscontrol.org.
In January 2018, we still had 2,616 metric tons of these weapons.
Do the math. We were destroying about 77 metric tons per year before the effort was defunded by $251 million.
It appears we are willing to go to war over chemical weapons in other countries, but we are not serious about keeping our commitment to eliminate our stockpile.
Every president and Congress in the past 22 years bears responsibility for this failure.
How can we have money to dismantle weapons of mass destruction from the former Soviet Union, money to return to the moon, etc., but lack money to eliminate our dangerous chemical weapons stockpile?
America needs to lead by example. We will be unable to make new arms control treaties with our adversaries if we fail to honor our commitments.

RE: Chester Baran’s letter, “Possible extinction has gluttons unconcerned,” of May 25, 2019

Why worry?  I have it from a reliable source, from a former bartender no less, that the world is coming to an end in 12 years.

Take comfort in knowing it’s not our fault!  China is by far the largest producer of CO2 emissions in the world.  Even if Americans literally held our collective breaths to reduce CO2, we could not save the planet from those gluttons in China.

Since about 2000, even without holding our collective breaths, America has steadily reduced its CO2 footprint.  While America continues to get environmentally cleaner, the Chinese as well as the rest of the world’s collective CO2 footprint soars.

Holy Carbon Credits Batman, maybe America is the answer not the problem!

America is not a planet.  Even if we enacted every one of the former bartender’s Green New Deal proposals tomorrow the effect on the planet over the next 20 years – oops make that - 12 years, would result in a less than a 1% reduction in the world’s CO2 production.

While America is not the problem when it comes to CO2 emissions, it is probably the world’s best hope for innovating our way around the perceived problems CO2 production pose. If lefties and green weenies really wanted to solve the problem they’d get out of the way and let American ingenuity and industry take over.

When lefties and green weenies try their hands at environmentalism, you get electric car which are largely powered by coal generated electricity.  Coal burning cars to reduce CO2 emissions?  Weird huh.  When the lefties get involved you get mandatory CFL light bulbs nearly 100% of which are produced in China - the world’s largest polluter.  Huh?  When clueless former bar tenders run things you get wind and solar farms that produce far more environmental harm than clean affordable energy.

Possible extinction has gluttons unconcerned
Night after night the national news reports the violent weather sweeping across the United States. Heat, cold, wind, rain, snow and fires are occurring in greater frequency and with magnitude described as “historic,” “biblical” and “unbelievable.” Less mentioned are the acidification of the oceans, rising sea levels, thawing permafrost, toxins and animal excrement draining into rivers and leaching into ground water. And who knows where all our garbage goes?
To me, this is a crisis that needs to be dealt with. Yet we blithely mine, drill, frack and produce to satisfy our voracious consumer appetites.
We apparently have no sense of responsibility or moral qualms for the living conditions we are leaving to our posterity. We freak out over women's reproductive rights and gay marriage but shrug off possible extinction.
Several generations of Americans feasted on the bounty of nature. Now that they are pulling their chairs from the table, they are refusing to clean up after themselves. Some even deny that there is a mess at all.
Arguably the most gluttonous of the diners, Donald Trump, occupies the White House where, Nero-like, he entertains himself with inane tweets while the planet burns.

Today’s JG rants: Socialism defined and No worries, Dopes have Captain Queeg on the case

Re: Vince Lochbihler’s letter, “’Socialist’ programs help keep nation great,” of May 24, 2019

Lochbihler’s letter is proof positive that Public education is quickly devolving into nothing more than ignorant people teaching ignorant people how to be ignorant people.  Try a book Mr. Lochbihler, even if it’s just a dictionary.

Socialism is not defined by publicly funded projects, like highways, designed to boost national commerce and defense.  It’s not defined by forced contributions of the masses to unsustainable Ponzi schemes like Social Security and Medicare.  It’s not defined by duplicative, bloated, wasteful, onerous and over bearing government agencies that try to regulate every aspect of life and in the process suffocate freedom and enterprise in America.

Socialism is defined by government control of the means of production in key industries like energy, transportation, education, agriculture, health care, etc.  In short it’s the crazy Democrats’ –- as if there’s any other kind these days -- Green New Deal.  That’s socialism.  It has never once, in the history of the world, worked.  It is a sure-fire path to poverty, misery and in the end revolution to throw it off.

'Socialist' programs help keep nation great
I really think our country is great, so I would like to list some things that I love about our country.
I like Social Security. I like Medicare. I like our military and defense. I like our public libraries. I like our public parks. I like our national parks. I like our police and fire departments. I like our Post Office. I like our Department of Education and our public schools. I like Veterans Administration health care. I like the USDA and the Centers for Disease Control.
I like Amtrak. I like our highways and road and state workers who keep them updated. I like disability insurance, although I was lucky never to need it. I like our free lunch programs for those who need it. I like the FDA. I like OSHA and PBS. I like the GI Bill. I like our sewer systems. I like our court systems. I like the Pentagon. I like student loans and grants. I like the Peace Corps. I like the Secret Service. I like the CHIP program. I like our Department of Homeland Security.
I could go on and on talking about these things and more. That is what is so great about America – the way we incorporate these socialist programs into our capitalist country to form the best of both worlds.

Bonus Rant
Re: Dina Zahm’s letter, “
Evidence is submitted; now Congress must act,” May 23, 2019

The Democrat savior, Robert Mueller, hired a team of 18 angry Democrats to hang a crime on PDJT.  After spending two years and blowing through 40 million dollars, Mueller’s stacked team definitively stated that no American knowingly colluded with Russians to affect the outcome of the 2016 election.*  That conclusion by Mueller left the unhinged anti-Trump, #NEVERTRUMP lunatics who waited with great anticipation fueled by Democrats and their MSM lapdogs with a faith shattering big fat squadoosh.

NOTE:  That statement is not entirely true.  The IG report is likely to show that Hillary Clinton’s campaign surely did collude with the Russians and other foreign governments to affect the outcome of the 2016 election.

Now that Zahm and crazy Democrats are left with nothing they are forced to resort to acting like the delusional Captain Queeg trying to solve the great missing strawberries caper.

Mueller hires 18 professional investigators for two years and gives them 40 million dollars to prove something, anything that would land PDJT in trouble and comes up with a goose egg.

Faced with the undeniable truth found on pages 1 and 2 of Mueller’s report –- that Mueller could not establish that PDJT or anyone in his campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government to influence the outcome of the 2016 election -- Zahm and other deflated lefties are forced to rely on Ouija Boards and Tarot Cards to allow them to divine some alternative meaning to the Mueller report.

Zahm implores us not to believe our lyin’ eyes of what can be found on pages 1 and 2 of the report laid bare by 18 professional Trump haters given unlimited resources to “get Trump” and who would have delighted in skewering him.  Instead we’re supposed to substitute Zahm’s extensive and proven investigatory skill and keen legal mind as she, like Queeg, carefully ladles out bowls of sand along with a tortured explanation to prove that a crime of some sort has been committed by PDJT.  Mueller concluded that PDJT didn’t eat the strawberries.

It’s nuts.  It’s pathetic.  Give it up.  Get help.

Evidence is submitted; now Congress must act
Despite what our 45th president says, the mission of the Mueller investigation was not a “witch-hunt.” The Mueller investigation was to examine Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, consisting of possible links, or “collusion,“ between the Donald Trump campaign and the Russian government of Vladmir Putin as well as any allegations of obstruction of justice in this regard.
On Page 158 of the Mueller Report's section on obstruction, the special counsel writes: “The President's efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his request.”
President Donald Trump's truth lies. He exaggerates a truth by adding lies to it. Trump usually mixes truths and untruths to make himself look impressive to others. He can weave truth and lies together, causing confusion even to himself. And, he begins to believe his exaggerations.
The president touts '“no collusion.” Nonetheless, the possibly obstructive actions of Trump involved an effort to thwart an investigation not only into election interference, but also moves to block or deny every single subpoena request. Trump on Twitter lashes out at anyone who disagrees with him. Throughout his presidency, he has held rallies across the country to keep his base fired up. He has few genuine friends, just inherent connections that propelled him to the top, and an overinflated view of his cognitive capacity.
In a dictatorship there's just one leader who has total control over the party and the country. It's now up to Congress to use its authority to act with respect to Trump and his evasive answers. If they don't, we can only imagine the problems that will ensue.

Biden may have bumbled his way into a sound campaign strategy

In that Slow Joe get a shotgun (it never gets old) Biden is possibly the dumbest man on the planet, I doubt that Slowest of all Joes had anything to with it. He was probably pulled out of his backyard pool nude and told how his campaign was going to unfold. After about two weeks of breaking it down into terms the slow one could understand, the handlers explained this strategy this way:

Handlers:  Look Joe your dumb as a post and everyone knows it.  Your best work is the work you plagiarized.

Biden:  It was a footnoting error, man.

Handlers:  Look lifting 5 pages of someone else’s work on a 15 page college paper is not a footnoting error.  Neither is lifting Neil Kinnock’s entire campaign speech. For crying out loud man, get grip, and put some damn clothes on.

Biden:  Clothes?

Handlers:  You’re naked man!  Cover up!

Biden:  Oh I hadn’t noticed.  How do I look?  I still have the same highly tuned athletic frame as when I used to rush the ol’ pigskin for the Delaware Fighting Blue Hens.

Handlers:  First off you never “rushed the ol’ pigskin for the Delaware Fighting Blue Hens.“  That was another one of your useless lies.  Next, you’re a flabby creepy old white man, and you look disgusting. No one wants you to so much as touch them let alone see your flabby bare azz.  Please put your clothes on.

Biden:  I dunno how’s our demographic with nudists?  There may be some votes there to plumb, if you know what I mean.

Handlers:  What?  You're nuts.  Besides what the hell kind of mascot is a “Fighting Blue Hen”?

Biden:  I dunno.  Maybe all of the good animals were already taken?

Handlers:  Joe, every time I think you’ve said the dumbest thing possible, you keep right on talking and amaze me with something dumber than what just escaped out of that vacuum you call a head.

Biden:  Hey it’s ol’ Uncle Joe!  Right?  I can say anything.  As long as people don’t expect anything thoughtful, I get a pass.  I can and have said the dumbest things imaginable and the MSM response is always, “Well it’s ol’ Uncle Joe.  What do you expect?”  They expect nothing and I deliver every single time.  The last thing we want to do is blow that scenario up with an occasional thoughtful remark.

Handler:  Sit down Joe.  Let me tell how this thing will play out.

Biden:  Let me put on some clothes on.

Handler:  No, sit down Joe.  I can feel that sucking vortex between your ears pulling the collective IQ of the group gathered here down to your level.  We need to get out of here before we’re all blithering idiot like you.

Biden:  Well you guys go ahead. I’m just going to do some jumping jacks to stay in shape as we go over this stuff.

Handler:  Oh, dear god no.  Sit down.  This is only going to take a minute because that time frame coincides with your ability to concentrate.  Here’s what we’re going to do.  We delay your announcement for as long as humanly possible.  That’ll accomplish two things.  One, it will limit the amount of time that you have to say stupid things.  Two, it will allow the 2,337 Dope candidates to race so far left that you’ll look saner than the rest. That’s no easy task.  Now, we’d like you go back into hiding and please don’t say anything unless you’ve lifted it from someone with a brain.  Got it?

Biden:  Got it, champ!  Ok, now for some jumping jacks.

Handlers:  RUN FOR IT MEN!!

Today's JG rant: Rude and intolerant behavior is the hallmark of the left.

RE: "Taylor Made" JG editorial of May 22,2019

In a coordinated effort to damage PDJT’s campaign and then his presidency, Samantha Power allegedly unmasked nearly 300 American citizens whose names surfaced in connection with foreign intelligence documents. If true, Power’s move was a clear effort to create guilt by association.  Ironically, through her spokesperson and lawyer, Power has not denied the allegation but has indicated that “she has done nothing wrong” if the allegations are true.

So in Power’s case callously and unprofessionally unmasking American citizens who “have done nothing wrong” is okay, because unnecessarily attempting to slander their character in order to get at PDJT is okay, because “she has done nothing wrong.”  The upcoming IG report is likely to take a somewhat harder view of the unnecessary unmasking of American citizens for political gain.

I mention this because Sam Power delivered the commencement speech at Indiana University on May 4th.  As near as I could tell none of the IU students walked out before Power’s address. I suspect that there were a number who didn’t agree with her policies or those of the administration she served.  Still, they sat attentively and listened to Power’s talk which in part encouraged tolerance to opposing views.  The only time she strayed from what was a pretty even-handed speech is when she briefly genuflected to the leftist’s holy grail on climate change.  That subject apparently does NOT require the graduates to be tolerant of opposing views, because as we all know – “the debate is over.”  It’s not.

IU’s graduating class sat quietly through Power’s speech.  Meanwhile 20 crybaby snowflakes at Taylor University couldn’t sit through the Vice President’s speech and for their rude intolerant act are hailed as some kind of heroes.  They aren’t.  They are petty, small-minded and apparently so afraid of differing points of view that they have to seek a safe place and in process call more attention to themselves than to the overwhelming majority of their classmates.  Shame on them.

Some protests more effective than others
As protests go, the one at Taylor University Saturday was pretty mild. The administration at the nondenominational Christian school in Upland had worked with dissenting students and faculty to minimize disruption at its graduation ceremony.
On cue, at the beginning of a hymn, a group of 20 to 30 attendees walked out, WANE-TV reported. A few minutes later, Vice President Mike Pence received a warm welcome from the rest of the audience and delivered his commencement speech without incident. During another hymn, the protesters were able to quietly return and join their colleagues as the 300-plus members of the Class of 2019 received their diplomas.
Small and well-mannered though it was, the protest was newsworthy because it happened at a religious-based school in former Gov. Pence's home state and because some at Taylor believed the vice president's view of Christianity didn't reflect their own.
“Pence represents one part of Christianity, which has been in the spotlight in America the last couple of years,” Emily Russell, a recent Taylor graduate, told the Indianapolis Star before the visit. “But that is not the only side of Christianity, and there are enough Christians who feel that his policies do not reflect their values that they do not think this is an appropriate speaker for a university that's trying to not only be Christian but be inviting to Christians with varying experiences and opinions.”
One could argue Pence proved Russell's point in his speech. The vice president mixed dire warnings about religion being threatened in America – “it's become acceptable, even fashionable, to malign traditional Christian beliefs” – with a generous helping of re-election rhetoric.
He congratulated Taylor's seniors for having the “great timing” to graduate now, because “under the leadership of President Trump, we've been busy getting this economy moving again. We cut taxes. We rolled back regulation. We've unleashed American energy.”
Pence's talk wasn't exactly a stump speech, but it failed to acknowledge aspects of the Trump-Pence administration some Christians find offensive, such as separating immigrant families and abetting Saudi Arabia's brutal assault on Yemen. Nor did Pence acknowledge that it's possible to criticize his approach to religion without “attacking” Christianity.
But guess who wins the debates in these situations? Not the students who walk out, who made it look as though they're too closed-minded to listen to opinions they disagree with.
We prefer the response of University of Notre Dame President John Jenkins, who dared to invite pro-choice President Barack Obama to his Catholic school's graduation in 2009 and defended his decision to ask Pence to speak at the same event eight years later:
“We must speak the truth we know and challenge the injustice we see,” Jenkins said in 2017. “But we must also listen to those who disagree, care for the bonds that join us together and find ways to build a society where all can flourish – even the people who don't look like us, think like us or vote with us.”
In the end, the more effective protesters at Taylor last weekend would have been those who remained to listen to the vice president, but who registered their dismay at his presence through buttons adorned with a simple message: “We are Taylor, too.”
