Notes on drug and rat infested Philly

Who has run Philly for last 50 years? Demo-Dopes.  Seems to me we need Demo-Dope control in these major US more than gun control.

Riddle me this Batman: If the El Paso and Dayton shooters passed a background checks to obtain weapons and the Philly shooter didn’t pass a background check but got his guns anyway – what good are background checks.  A creep passes a background check and shoots up a neighborhood.  A creep can’t pass a check but gets a gun anyway and shoots up a neighborhood.

Seems to this untrained mind that background checks are a pretty ineffective way to stop mass shootings, but is an excellent means to register guns bought by law abiding citizens.
