I wish I were PDJT. How great would it be to live your life in a
rather ordinary way yet every move you make POs all the people you cannot stand? Show up for a funeral and they melt
down. Sit quietly during the eulogy and they
freak out. Shake hands with the grieving
family and they scream at the top of their lungs, “HE’S MAKING IT ALL ABOUT
HIMSELF!!!!!!!”
Sometime back Lex noted that PDJT has dominated
the news cycle nearly every day since his historic escalator ride. PDJT lives
rent free inside MSM’s heads. Everything the guy does draws their ire. They project their disdain for PDJT onto his
wife and family. “Those red Christmas
trees are proof positive PDJT is a Russian agent!”
So PDJT shows up a GHWB’s funeral at the
National Cathedral and what do the MSM do?
They make the funeral of a great American all about PDJT, who simply showed
up, sat down and listened. The MSM couldn’t
help themselves. The MSM complained about PDJT making it all about PDJT. Amazing stuff.
I flipped over to CNN for a laugh the other
night and there was Don Lemonhead making the twisted argument that GHWB was
such a good, decent, forgiving and universally respected man that he never
should have invited PDJT to attend the his funeral. WTF, Don?
Shouldn’t one cancel the other out?
I flipped on Fox News (less and less a friend
of conservatives) yesterday to take in the funeral proceedings and there was Chris
Wallace pointing out the frigid reception that PDJT received from the other living
presidents.
Who gives a sh*t Chris? The second worst president in history –
Carter; a lying, philandering POS and his rape enabling wife – the Clintons and
a BS artist affirmative action pass through socialist and worst president (at
least the most destructive) in history – Barry The Empty Suit.
PDJT has been a more consequential president in
two years than the 20 years represented by those three azzwipes combined. Of
course they are POed at PDJT. He’s
richer. He’s more successful. His children are more attractive and accomplished. Most humiliating, a political novice kicked
all of their azzes and governed by keeping his campaign promises. That’s crazy.
What kind of politician keeps campaign promises? That’s the thing that POs them off most. PDJT is no politician. That’s the thing infuriating them the most. He doesn’t tailor his personality and ideas
for every dispirit group he runs across.
PDJT is PDJT.
Just like the ex-president’s, one weaker than
the next, their wives are POed at Melania. Why is she so pretty? Why does she dress so well? Why is she smart enough to speak 5 languages
and run her own business? Why are we so
puny by comparison?
Envy is an ugly feeling. The three inadequate ex-presidents,
ter petty wives and their MSM water carriers drip with it for PDJT. It was on full display in their reception of
PDJT at GHWB’s funeral and their day-to-day treatment of PDJT.
It’s worse for Melania. While PDJT is brash and outspoken, Melania
has acted with nothing less than total class.
The azz ugly, clown clothes dressing Moochel Obama graced every magazine
cover seemingly every month for eight years.
The elegant and graceful Melania, who is a model, cannot one cover story
fluff piece from one magazine despite her superior intellect, beauty and
fashion sense.
I’m not against these “state funerals” but it does seem that they go on and on. I think John McCain only has one two more services and lying in state ceremonies to go before he’s finally buried. It reminds me of a royal wedding. It even has a feel of N. Korean funeral for a “dear leader.” It seems to me we ought to able to get a dead man into the ground in under a week, but I’m probably an outlier on this issue. Rest in peace, GHWB, if you ever get around to it.
