Unelected unaccountable judges decide everything

Congress has already been made irrelevant by a chief executive toting a pen and phone.  The American people and their votes have been made irrelevant by unelected and unaccountable judges.  Until just recently support for homosexual marriage had never come close to carrying a referendum on the subject.  But one by one statewide referendums and state laws passed by duly elected representatives of the people supporting traditional marriage were struck down by dopes in robes.  Millions of votes were cancelled by unelected and unaccountable activist who saw something in the US Constitution guaranteeing Bruce’s right to marry Harlan or Harlan and Steve, or Harlan, Steve and Steve’s dog.  Who really knows were we will end up when professed “love” is the only criterion on which our society basis the institution of marriage.

Fine.  The government should get out of the marriage business altogether.  If marriage is now anything and everything anyone proclaims it to be, the government need not issue a license for what has become an all inclusive and indefinable institution.  We don’t need a license to go steady with our girlfriends.  Why do we need one for what is becoming arguably an even less formal institution?

By refusing to hear 5 states' appeals of lower courts striking down their support for traditional marriage, the nine Supreme Dopes in Robes side stepped the issue.  That essentially means that they are OK with the demise of the institution of marriage in America.  That’s okay I suppose.  I’m married in the Catholic Church not in any branch of government.

I predict that, being the sore winners that we know them to be, the Gaystapo will take no joy in this decision.  Any group of azzbags that sues a cake baker and photographer for not wanting to participate in their pagan and unnatural rite certainly isn’t going to be happy that the 9 Dopes in Robes didn’t affirm them.  As we all know, not giving a crap that homosexuals want to marry isn’t enough with the Gaystapo.  You must affirm them every step of the way.

I think the Gaystapo should set up a booth in Mecca during the next hajj to distribute homosexual literature proclaiming their right to force a Muslim photographer and baker to participate in Steve and Harlan’s wedding.  If the court can force a baker and photographer to participate in a marriage of a man to a goat, how long will it be before they force churches to open their doors to homosexual and every other kind union - man to car, woman to shoes, women to women, woman to women and men, etc.

 

I think that homosexual marriage is on the same path as abortion.  Abortion claimed to have a majority of support until ultrasound pictures destroyed its supporter’s every argument.  Soon the institution of marriage will be destroyed outside religious ceremonies, because it will have no meaning.  Support for homosexual marriage will bump along with a majority but with declining support as polygamist, pedophiles, incest merchants et al demand their “rights” to marry.  When natural law and a yearning for order dawns on the majority, then they will discover that whatever else the union between Bruce and Steve is, it is not marriage.  Then the institution of marriage will have a rebirth.  That is the rosiest picture I can see this morning.
