How do you become one of "the usual suspects?"

No one should die for skipping out on a cigarette tax or about 90% of the other BS taxes and fees government A-hole pols levy on a free people for the privilege of waking up each morning in a particular corner of the used to be "land of the free" for that matter.  I guess that’s one point in the Eric Garner case that escapes the race hustling pimps that visit the White House and cable tv regularly.  NY City is as big a Dope stronghold as anywhere.  Everything is taxed to the point of being inaccessible to common people let alone illegals that the city welcomes with open arms.  So guys like Eric Garner find ways to pimp the system and meet the needs of the poor.  When they do, the pol’s blue army comes down on their heads like a ton of bricks and arrests them – or worse.

Don’t get me wrong.  Eric Garner - like Trayvon Martin, like Mike Brown - was a lawless thug.  He’d been in and out of trouble with law so many times the cops needed a cray super computer just to track his lawlessness and print out his mile long rap sheet.  Still he wasn’t peddling child porn to creeps.  He was selling cigarettes – still a lawful product - to poor people who wanted to buy them from him.  That’s what irritates me about this case.  The cops could have looked the other way and said to themselves, “F*ck the azzbag pols.  If people want to smoke a cigarette let them.  I’m not risking my well-being taking on a 6’5” 325 behemoth so the city can gouge an extra $6 out of the poor.  Let Mayor DeBlazio or better yet his pampered son try to arrest this guy.  I’d like to get a video of that.” 

Besides, given that Garner was selling cigarettes shouldn’t he be vilified by the lefty libs as public enemy #1 for engaging in such an unsavory activity?  Isn’t he just another stooge of big tobacco?  Shouldn’t the lefties be outraged at Mr. Garner because he probably let a few of his unpackaged smokes go to under aged consumers?  Or does the left only get really PO’d when a white guy figures out how to legally circumvent the azzclown tax machine?

 Eric Garner - like Trayvon Martin, like Mike Brown – is dead.  His death is as much by his own lawless behavior as anything the police did.  Well at least that’s how the Grand Jury saw it.  Sure the police could have looked the other way, but that’s not what they are paid to do, particularly with a 15 time loser like Garner.  In police jargon, Garner was one of the “usual suspects.”  People don’t just happen to turn up on that list by mistake.  It requires a lot of effort.  In Garner’s case it took his entire adult life’s work to achieve petty punk "usual suspect" status.

This may sound cold blooded, but here we go, is there even one modern example of the police shooting down or otherwise killing a young unarmed black male who was acting lawfully, minding his own business and complying with police instructions?   If there is, that’s the guy whose case needs to lead the evening news every night.  Not these small time punk thugs who get shot or choked while engaging in unlawful behavior and/or resisting arrest.

Here’s a news flash for El Presidente The Empty Suit, the wad Holder, DeBlazio, Rev? Al Not-So-Sharp-ton et al:  Policing is a damned difficult job.  I’ll wager there aren’t 2 police officers in the entire county who wake up in the morning hoping to shoot or choke someone to death.  Garner, Martin and Brown are dead.  None are dead because of the color of their skin or the color of the skin of the people who killed them. 

The race hustlers know that the “police can kill black men with impunity” is BS lie.  Every time one these things pop up the wad rides in declares the Feds are going to investigate for “civil rights violations.”  How is that impunity?  Either the wad is the most incompetent double d-bag affirmative action pass through AG we’ve ever had or there isn’t a racial component to any of these things he insists on investigating.  I vote for both.

And, and, and if it is true that the police want to wantonly kill young black men wouldn’t the smart thing for black leaders and parents to be saying to young black men be along the lines, “Look, the cops are racist.  Keep out of trouble.  If you see a cop, walk the other way.  If you are stopped, answer ‘yes officer’ and ‘no officer.’  Comply with all of the instructions they issue.  Do not give him a reason to shoot you or he will.”

The race baiters from TES on down do not even believe their own racist BS.  For them, these deaths are nothing more than a means to power and/or money.  That’s it.  Fin.  The end.  For the race hustlers, dead young black men equal power and money.

If you want to protest BS policing, here’s a story that affects everyone.  In MI the cops raid lawful law-abiding citizens stripping them of their property, belongings and bank accounts but never charging them with a crime.  That makes it nearly impossible for them to see a judge to get their “stuff” back.  DAs, cops and pols who participate in this type of police state activity are the ones who need to be targeted for protest and civil law suits that bankrupt  the communities that participate in such heavy-handed Soviet-like behavior.
