Iran and LGBTQSDFGBN victim status

Iran
I think it’s safe to say that there will soon be some kinetic response to Iran’s shoot down of our drone.  News today shouts, “PDJT ordered attack, then pulled back.”  That’s very Machiavellian in my opinion.  It gives PDJT the appearance of being the measured and war cautious adult in the room.

When he does unleash hell on Iran, which I think he certainly will, PDJT can say we carefully weighed all of the options and this was the least worst option with credibility.

In the meantime this allows PDJT time to bring our so-called allies on board and maybe get an international response this BS.

As far as a proportional response, I’m fine with that as long as proportional is 10 to 1.  First I’d allow Iran the opportunity to pay for the drone.  That’s about as likely to happen as you spotting Bigfoot in your backyard today.  Then I’d hit the missile site that launched the missile - which has probably already been cleared out, ports shipping Iranian oil, IRG coastal sites, and I’d turn out the lights in Tehran.  Then I’d send a note, “If anything like this happens again, we’re going to take it seriously.”

Holding off on the attack also has to have a debilitating psychological on Iran’s civilian and military leaders as well any forces who might think they are going to be a target.  It’s difficult to stay on “high alert” for any extended period of time.  Hitting them when they expect it should be rejected for hitting them when it extends us the most advantage - and dare I say it – get the most bang for our buck.  Hit them at time and place of our choosing and allow them stew in their own fear and misgivings for a while.

Potential JG rant
Streaming thoughts on the load of crap under that showed up in the local fish wrap.  Will translate into a rant that will immediately be deleted by the said local fish wrap as soon as it hits the ether.

Any group that has a “month designated” for their cause/group is whining bunch of babies.  Who the hell settles for one month out of 12?

Months are assigned by Demo-Dopes to create groups in order to allow them to gain victim status, “hate crime protection” and government funding for their perceived or even very real difficulties navigating society based on their crybaby attitude, purple hair, nose ring, SJW ranting and never ending search for something to be offended by azzbag poulation.

The census is by the constitution a means to count the population every 10 years in order to apportion how many representatives should be allotted to each state in the House of Representatives.  Any question on the census that goes beyond that objective should be viewed with suspicion.  Questions outside constitution’s stated goal are probably designed to redistribute your hard earned Yankee dollars to groups the Dope party is courting for votes.  I will answer how many people reside in my home.  I will exercise my right to remain silent on all of the other questions.

It is not the government’s job to promote LGBTQSDFGHJKL life styles.  Particularly since these life styles promote increased suicides, depression and mental illness.  Why in the world would the government promote such life styles?

I’m a fairly regular guy in church.  Never once have I heard anything from the pulpit other than we should love the sinner and pray for their redemption.

Actions speak louder
Trump no friend of LGBT community
David Placher
David Placher is a Fort Wayne resident.
President Donald Trump's two-faced message to the LGBT community creates a national June gloom as Pride Month winds down and Trump shows no signs of stopping his wrecking-ball strategy.
His gee-this-makes-me-feel-good supporters argue that the mere fact that Trump recognizes Pride Month shows he supports the LGBT community.
At first glance, Trump's recognition does paint a progressive picture, but a closer look reveals that Trump's rhetoric is more sparkle than substance.
This is the first June of Trump's presidency that he has recognized Pride Month, and with his polling numbers on the downward slide, his recognition appears disingenuous.
• Trump does not support the much needed Equality Act, a bill that passed the House in May that prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation in decisions affecting credit, employment, federal funding, gender identity, housing, public accommodations and public education.
The Equality Act provides the LGBT community with nationwide protections. States' laws are inconsistent; they range from wonderful to warlike. The act would also prevent some states from being downright selfish. They happily accept tax payments and enjoy economic contributions from the LGBT community but lack consideration for that community.
• Trump does not want an improved population count of the LGBT community.
The U.S. Census Bureau gathers population data using the American Community Survey, an ongoing survey that tracks shifting population demographics. During the Obama administration, some federal agencies requested that sexual orientation and gender identity questions be added so they could track their programs to learn whether they are fulfilling their diversity missions. When Trump entered the White House, that request fizzled.
• Trump doesn't even want to add gender identity and sexual orientation in Census 2020, mandated by the U.S. Constitution.
This census is not only used to determine the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House, it is also used to distribute federal funds. Areas with high LGBT populations may require more federal funds for programs that help the LGBT community.
• Trump does not support transgender students.
Trump ordered Education Secretary Betsy DeVos to rescind nondiscrimination protections. These protections allowed transgender students to use the bathrooms corresponding with their gender identity. This was yet another campaign reversal for Trump; in 2016, he said transgender people should “use the bathroom they feel appropriate.” School years aren't easy for a vast majority of students, and Trump has made it painfully more difficult for transgender students.
• Trump removed information specific to the LGBT community from federal government websites.
Soon after Trump was sworn in, government websites, including the White House's, were scrubbed of links to websites referencing LGBT information. For example, the Office of Women's Health in the Department of Health and Human Services no longer has information about lesbian and bisexual women's health. Information is less easily accessible.
Trump's Christian conservative defenders often argue that Trump is protecting religious beliefs from being trampled on because some Christian conservatives don't believe in LGBT equality and they even fear that certain Christian beliefs are at risk of being considered discriminatory.
If crisis sells, apocalyptic warnings sizzle.
Religion is a tricky subject: the right to believe is rooted in the same concept as the right not to believe or simply to believe in something else. The Constitution contains no mention of Christianity, and the First Amendment bars laws “respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
As some Americans use religion as both a sword to try and cut down the LGBT community and a shield to protect themselves from discrimination claims, and while Trump buys into their arguments, the LGBT community can only expect more problems in the near future.
