Kaine boots whites from jury for being white

Tim Kaine is a racist but knows black people can be racists as well
As a 60 year old who used to train men for combat but who is now pretty much relegated to observer status on the big blue orb, this is not that big of a deal to me.  But being relegated to observer status means that I have an obligation to believe what it is I’m observing.

I observe a plaintiff’s lawyer who kicks white people off a jury because he believes they will be “unsympathetic” or in layman’s terms racist toward his client and in the hopes of getting sympathetic or racist black jurors to replace them.

On the other side of the equation,    I observe a defense lawyer who kicks black people off a jury because he believes they will be “sympathetic” or in layman’s terms racist toward the plaintiff and in the hopes of getting unsympathetic or racist white jurors to replace them.

This tells me that both lawyers know that blacks are just as inclined toward racism as whites.  Lex has often opined that as a percentages of the races, I think there are more black racists than white.  I have no data to back that assertion up, but having been relegated to “observer status”, I don’t need any.  I know what I observe.  I can accurately profile the headlines.  When some hapless WWII vet in wheelchair is assaulted and robbed by a gang of “youths”, I can predict the racial component of the victim and the perps.  When a flash mob of “young people” shows up at a convenient store and steals everything off the shelves in 30 seconds, I know what the store video will show.  When 70 people are shot in Chicago on the weekend we pretty much know the victims and perps will be black, but Black Thugs Matter have no interest in these black lives because it does not advance their racist agenda.

We have America’s first half black president who stokes the racial divide because it benefits his party – the party of the KKK by the way.  Anyone who thinks race relations have improved over the last 7 ½ years is not observing very well.

Like I said, I am but an observer and these are the things that I see.

This is the definitive piece – so far – on Kaepernick

Take the Kaepernick controversy.  Nearly all of the people supporting Kaepernick’s selfish grandstanding are blacks who, like Kaepernick, do not understand that the flag and the anthem are not symbols of an imperfect and rotten country but rather symbols of where we have traveled from and where we hope to go as a nation.  They are as dumbfounded by the expression “American Exceptionalism” as The Empty Suit who when asked about American exceptionalism opined – “I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect that the Brits believe in British exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek exceptionalism.”  American exceptionalism has to do with the founding of the country – a time when America truly was “the exception” – and the promise of freedom, equality and opportunity which is still “the exception” in today’s world.  It has nothing what-so-ever to do with Americans believing that they are better than anyone simply because they are Americans.

That is not say that 100% of Kaepernick’s support is coming from blacks.  I’m sure the Trigglypuff brigade, the same people burning American flags at Trump rallies and waving Mexican flags at protests are four square behind Kaepernick in spite of the fact that when described as a “quarterback” they think he’s a disabled American.

If TES, Kaepernick, Trigglypuffs et al could understand that rather simple concept they’d stand for the anthem, stop burning the flag and stop otherwise trashing the country at every single opportunity.

ASIDE:  I e-mailed the 49ers and suggested that at a minimum they not allow players who wish to sit during the anthem to attend that ceremony.  Make them sit in the locker room.  It has nothing to do with the 1st Amendment.  I sure the 49ers do not allow handguns into their stadium. If they, as a private organization, can usurp the 2nd Amendment, they, as private organization, can usurp the 1st Amendment for the good of their organization.  If you’d like to pass your thoughts on to the team, AFBro provided the address:  www.49ers.com/about-us/contact-us.html
